Belhaven Office of Student CareThe Office of Student Care at CIBU includes services and programs designed to provide CIBU students with guidance, practical strategies, and support.

Incorporating academic support, ADA Accommodations, and the Think Centerspace (located in the Hood Library), the Office of Student Care strives to provide a variety of valuable services for CIBU students from admission to graduation. We are here to serve our students in several ways:

  • Facilitated by the Student Care, California International Business University offers students disability accommodation in accordance with the guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
  • The Think Center is and innovative space available to students for individual work or meeting with others to collaborate on academic projects, utilizing scheduled academic labs, and individual appointments with Student Care staff to identify more specific learning and academic strategies.
  • To help ensure academic success, Student Care comes alongside a population of students to assist with the academic advising and registration process.

MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the California International Business University Office of Student Care is to assist students in determining their God-given strengths and abilities, to effectively prepare students as they pursue their calling in service to Christ, and to encourage students to improve their academic performance through accountability, assistance, and motivation. Embracing a Business worldview, the Office of Student Care aims to provide effective programming to prepare men and women for service.
